The form collects important details about your child, including contact information, health records, and care preferences, so we can provide the safest and most personalized experience possible. To get started, simply fill out the application online or download a copy to submit in person.

cOMMUNICATION
At Colorful Little Butterflies, we believe open and consistent communication is the heart of a strong partnership between families and our staff. We proudly maintain an open-door policy with all enrolled families and stay connected through calls, texts, and emails—keeping you informed and involved every step of the way.” With your written consent, our staff captures photos and short videos of your child’s milestones and fun-filled moments throughout the day. Parents Responsibilities
Tuition
Weekly payments due every Monday or Friday
- Bi-weekly payments
- Monthly payments due on the 1st or 10th of each month
Payments are due no later than 6:00pm to avoid a late fee.
Termination
If you decide to withdraw your child, the site must receive a one month notice in writing. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying an additional tuition fee.
